Objective: Redesign the Advanced Validation System (AVS) to streamline enterprise certificate validation workflows and improve operational efficiency. The project focused on simplifying complex interfaces, reducing cognitive load, strengthening information hierarchy, and delivering a scalable, user-centered experience for validation specialists.
Problem Definition
The Advanced Validation System (AVS) is an enterprise platform used by validation specialists to review SSL certificate requests and verify customer information.
As the platform evolved, workflows became increasingly complex. Large amounts of data, multiple validation scenarios, and inconsistent UI patterns made daily operations slower and increased cognitive load.
Challenges
Complex validation workflows with many decision points.
Large data tables that were difficult to scan.
Multiple dialogs interrupted the review process.
Visual inconsistencies reduced efficiency across the platform.
